With over 20 years experience in the mental health field, and as a graduate of Whitworth Univsersity with an M.Ed in Counseling, Zita is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Zita has worked with individuals and families experiencing many different life altering transistions and challenges. Her experience encompasses working with individuals who have been diagnosed with a major mental illness, also providing education and support to their families, providing counseling and education to teens and teen mothers, working with couples experiencing a variety of communication and intimacy concerns, as well as individuals of all ages dealing with life stressors.
